1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional campaigns.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.


6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

7. Incorrect Address

Teavante is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please:

  • Refuse delivery (if possible), or

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours
